| Looking for a roommate in the West Island to share a really roomy, and brand new, 2 bedroom, fully furnished luxury apartment.
Your half of the rent would be $498/month - this does not include hydro or cable/highspeed.
The place was just built last year, and the unit that I am in was never leased before. Everything is spotless, and brand new - including all the furniture as well.
Non-smoker, no pets. Rent is for 11 months, w/ possibility of renewal.
Only thing you need to furnish is you room.
You have full access to the gym in the complexe, as well.
It is located in the West Island of Montreal - right on the Trans-Canada. You are about 12-15 mins away from downtown by car.
