| Description: | sometimes whe just have one user that just doesnt want to hear from you, yet not enough to generally band him , due to the fact that its triggered by certain subject and how it affect their status in society, it would be nice to exclude them from posting , yet they still could read on. and report if their is abuse of the system (ie start a thread bashing a name preventing him from posting) so having a popout list of user that should be left out of a thread. |
