N'oubliez, 2e personne du pluriel (impératif) et c'est une négation.
Données, s'accorde avec cravates.
Gratuites, le pluriel au masculin est tout de même "gratuits".
N'en ont pas, c'est une négation aussi.

J'écrirais ça de même:

"N'oubliez pas vos cravates à la Sherley
*cravates gratuites à la porte pour ceux qui n'en ont pas".
C'est que données et gratuites c'est de la redondance.
