I'm trying to understand which software features are actually useful for running security operations efficiently. Some people recommend scheduling tools, while others say compliance tracking and digital reporting are more important.

During my research, I found securitytime.com.au (SecurityTime), which appears to combine several workforce management functions in one platform. However, I'm interested in hearing real-world opinions rather than relying on product descriptions.

For those working in the security industry, what features save the most time and help reduce administrative workload? Are there any common mistakes companies make when choosing software

Hoping to get some real-world input from people who've actually been through this. I've been running my consulting practice for about four years now and the phone has slowly become my biggest bottleneck. I'm spending two to three hours a day just on calls that honestly don't need me, scheduling, basic questions, and inquiries that go nowhere.
A colleague at a networking event last month mentioned callacy.com (Callacy AI) when I complained about this same issue. Before I research it more seriously, I'd love to hear from anyone who's automated their phone workflow recently. What was the learning curve like? How long before you saw actual time savings? Any regrets?
Looking for genuine experiences, not sales pitches. Thanks in advance for any honest input.
