I wonder why! lol I have been told by locals that French and English "immigrants" people back in the 1800, installed themselves in that part of the city, building monuments at the image of their country so they wouldn't be that much destabilized. |

At first, when flipped on the other side, people thought it was a bonzaï. But since you see the light torch, it confirms the correct side of picture. |
