| Description: | "Flowers After Dark" presented by Gurafiku & Friends x Stms— invites Dallas DJ & music producer Love Ave for his Canada debut alongside an all-star line up bringing the best in global sounds and R&B at Montreal's favourite hifi audio cocktail bar. Featuring an intimate performance by artist Zach Zoya. Haitian patties first come first serve, sponsored by Lakay Zoe Express. More about our line up: Love Ave (Dallas) Love Ave is a producer and DJ of 11 years, beginning as an EDM artist under a different name. He is the host of the R&B collective and radio show 'the culdesac,' cultivating and performing soulful events around the world, and is a multi-genre producer whose originals, edits, and blends have been featured on the most popular radio shows and event series on the internet today (Soulection, The Future Beats Show, aprtment life, etc). Zach Zoya Growing up in the small, largely French-speaking city of Rouyn-Noranda northwest of Montréal, Zach Zoya developed a diverse musical palate from his family. Introduced to African music by his South African father who fled to Canada during apartheid, and North American soul and pop music by his French-Canadian mother, Zoya was immersed in rhythms and melodies that spoke to him even when the English lyrics didn’t. Though French was both Zoya’s first language and the one more established in the Montréal music scene, he’s rapped in English from the start of his career. Raised without a computer or television in a place with minimal hip-hop culture, Zoya first honed his flows by covering records by Kendrick Lamar and Drake, and credits learning the skill of rapping with improving his delivery as an all-around vocalist. Gurafiku Gurafiku is a Montreal-based DJ and producer operating at the intersection of Afro-diasporic club culture and contemporary global electronic music. Rooted in Haitian rhythmic traditions and shaped by modern club systems, her sound blends Bouyon, Shatta, Amapiano, Gqom, Baile Funk, Konpa, Zouk, Afro House, hip-hop, and R&B into high-impact sets and productions built for international dance floors. Her breakout appearance at Boiler Room Montréal 2025 introduced her sound to a worldwide audience, marking a decisive shift from regional presence to global circulation. Following the performance, DJ Mag highlighted Gurafiku as a new voice carrying Afro-Caribbean rhythms onto the world’s largest stages. Ms. Baby Ms Baby is a Franco-Camerounian DJ based in Montreal. Her stage name is a wink to her role of "enjoyment master" during her performances, during which she curates a meticulous blend of native African culture with worldly musical inspirations to achieve her one goal: make the people dance. This blend results in a colourful cocktail of beautiful sounds, including: Amapiano, Afropop, R&B, Dancehall and Brazilian Funk. Ms Baby is well-known for moving crowds of all sizes at local clubs and festivals such as Mural Festival, Moonshine, Datcha, Barbossa, Ausgang and even opening for Tiwa Savage.
