Video is video – the signal doesn’t change.’ \nCarl Brown (Expermental Filmmaker) \n\nVideo signal is a waveform writing lines of resolution on the screen faster than our eye can follow. The assembled lines create the image we receive. Interference in that process distorts the image being created. \n\nConfigure is free form interference. Configure is changing the signal. \n\nClub SAWs presents this monthly event which brings together Ottawa's best live video talent. VJ's are invited to bring gear or samples to Club SAW for this open mixer jam casual sunday evening event. 3 mixers\, as well as MIDI keyboards\, DVD players and both PC and Mac computers will be setup for experimentation. \n\nConfigure is a free event open to all in the hopes of creating live colaborative visuals. Come and ease yourself into that extra night of the weekend with our easy dreamy living wallpaper.
