DESCRIPTION:(see below for weather update!)\n\nTHE FERIAS BLOCK PARTY\n@ mario park\, in the mile end.\nsunday august 23\,  2 > 9pm\n\nwe couldnt let this summer pass without a full-on ferias neighborhood jam…\n\nmusic by ferias + friends + family\non the elastique soundsystem.\nfood by castel francos\ndrinks by wills + zamalek\ndiy merch prints by @acarelabel\n++ a record sale by ferias\n\nTOTALLY FREE & OPEN TO ALL.\nbring the whole family.\n\nmuch respect to marche des possible & pop montreal for helping us make this happen.\n\nand all the luv in the world to colin\, who painted this marvelous flyer for us. simply the best!\n\n** WEATHER UPDATE **\n\nchange of plans for our sunday block party…\n\nwhile we’d all be up for a rain jam\, thunderstorms are another story. thunda+lightning would mean we can’t safely run power to the park - thus no speakers boomin\, which in turn would mean no dancing and a quiet\, wet\, underwhelming experience all together\, eh?\n\nSO\, with the huge liklihood of thunderstorms on sunday afternoon\, we’ve decided to move our sunday black party inside to PARQUETTE. yes\, that lil slice of paradise. you know it + you surely love it. simply as good as it gets with four walls and a roof.\n\nthe sunday jam lives on\, and will still be FREE and open to alllll. bring the whole family.\n\nCastel Franco will be servin BLTz.\nA Care Label will be making DIY ferias merch.\nShams will be serving ice cream.\nFerias will be selling records.\nIcky Madgala + Joe Toner + Guthrie + Alina will be playing records.\n\n*please note* we will not have a bar. parquette’s cafe will be brewing coffee & serving zamaleks+selzers+such.\n\nokie dokie\, lets do it!\nSUNDAY.
