DESCRIPTION:HIS WEEK:\n\nCome celebrate the b-day of one of Montreal's most talented producers!\n\n****************\n\nBUKK\nhttp://www.bukk.ca/\n\nWith some of the heaviest and most intricate dubstep/bass music out there\, with dance floor-type grooves contrasting with full out metal riffs\, Geoff Bukk will make your gut implode with sound bombs. In a pretty good way.\n\nForthcoming releases on Tuff Love Dubs\, Filthy Digital\, BroTown\, Ultragore\, Betamorph\, Dub Cartel.\n\nRelease dates are updated as they are confirmed on the Geoff Bukk facebook fan page.\n\n****************\n\nLiving~Stone\nhttp://www.facebook.com/pages/LivingStone/226094614458?sk=wall\n\nLiving~Stone is a genre-busting performer melding frequencies of dub\, dubstep\, hip hop\, glitch hop\, D&B mid-tempo and all things fat and funky into a sonic experience he likes to call Bass Culture.\n\nHe has shared the stage with many prominent international Bass Music headliners including Skream\, Benga\, Bassnectar\, Eskmo\, Sub Swara\, Goth Trad\, Taal Mala\, Komodo\, Ill Gates\, Nosia and many more.\n\nLiving~Stone is the co-founder Dig.iT.aL\, an open source collective of artists and musicians throughout North America\, Europe\, and where ever people can be found that truly Dig iT aLL.\n\nHome Base is Montreal\, Canada where Living~Stone is one of two residents of the monthly FreeDemBass dubstep nights at Blizzarts Lounge on the second sunday of every month.\n\n"Living~Stone brings game. Genre hopping loop teaser\, anywhere this boy is there’s a party. Even the most sceptical folk-rock fanatic has been known to drop their tambourine and break into the dubstep slow bump at the drop of his hi-hat shuffle over the dirty big bass. He is a jump up raver behind the decks- quite blatantly having as much fun throwing down the tracks as the bouncing pit of happy before him. He's behind the booth but there is no division between him and the dance floor. His IS the dance floor. Pushing the genre to its party maximum\, while previously loved tracks are given a new lease on life new ones are tested\, the reactions noted and all the while the revelry continues. Just try and stand still to this dub monkey’s big sound".\n\n****************\n\nVipond\nhttp://www.mixcloud.com/vipond/\n\nSam Vipond brings an electic mix of sounds to the dancefloor\, from glitch-hop\, to dubstep\, fidget\, funky breaks and beyond. When not composing electro-acoustic soundscapes\, film scores\, or playing drums and electronics with the improv unit Corse\, Vipond is taking a dance floor for an unpredictable ride of deep wobbly basslines and funky ridiculousness\, fused together in his own unique style. \n\n****************\n\n+ FORWARD RESIDENTS:\n\nRhys Taylor\, a nightlife legend who has been playing alongside big names of the international electronic music scene in Montreal for almost 10 years now. Holding down "Your Radio is Broken" on CKUT for the past 5 years\, throwing Mix Thursdays for almost 3 years\, a residency at Blue Dog\, Saphir and then Blizzarts with Broken Crew and bringing breaks to Stereo are a few of his accomplishments.\n\nDavid Rawalia aka Wally\, a dj who has been mastering his craft since 2003 and more recently producing his own unique sounds. After promoting rave culture and sound and organizing a multitude of one-off all-nighters\, he moved on to the dubstep scene taking full-part in the forward weekly as well as working with the half electronic half band hybrid\, RISK.\n\n****************\n\n3$ before midnight\n\n5$ after\n\nPasseport 2037 Saint-Denis\n\nCome check out the freshly tuned sound system\, stick around for dope tunes and cheap booze\, before you know\, it's 3 am and you're kindly being informed that you need to move your butt outside... ain't that the meaning of Thursday?
