Montreal has some serious talent!\n\nAfter a Monkey Dub Producers special last week\n(Man of Zion & Geoff Buchannan) we have another week of 2 solid producers...\nDJ DIALECT & REALITY\n\n__________________________________________________________________\n\nDIALECT\n\n\nOne of the most sought after DJs and talented producers in Montreal\, DIALECT is back to rock out Bass Drive with a special dubstep set!\n\nStraight outta the northern lands of Deux-Montagnes...\nInitially influenced by hip hop acts such as KRS One\, Native Tongues\, Gangstarr\, Jeru tha damaja.\, He began to pursue a hip hop scratch dj status in 97. With the newer generation of "Shit-Hop" emerging from numerous hip hop labels\, he became frustrated\, fed up\, and discontinued purchasing hip hop vinyls altogether.\n\nStill producing hip hop instrumentals\, and working with local MC's\, Dj Dialect was still unsatisfied with the current "scene" until his first visit to the afterhours. An easy convert to the Break Beat sound\, Dialect blends the precision skills of turntablism with an ear for the underground electronic music community.
