DESCRIPTION:***ENGLISH BELOW\n\nDessiner au jardin d’Éden\n\nUn doublé de modèles vivants à la Galerie Synesthésie\n\nCe dimanche\, la Galerie Synesthésie se métamorphosera en jardin d’Éden alors que nous recréerons pour vous l’histoire du péché originel. Comme  le veut la légende\, les premiers humains\, Adam et Ève\, vécurent dans un paradis dénommé Éden. Dans ce jardin croissait l’arbre de la connaissance\, dont les fruits Dieu défendit de manger. Mais un malin serpent\, qui habitait aussi les lieux\, communiqua à Adam et Ève l’envie de les goûter. Et ceux-ci\, comme il se doit\, succombèrent à la tentation. Or en mangeant les fruits de l’arbre de la connaissance\, Adam et Ève perdaient la grâce de Dieu et se retrouvaient dans un monde de péchés.\n\nNous vous invitons donc à assister – et à dessiner – le déclin de l’humanité naissante alors que nos modèles masculin et féminin\, incarnant Adam et Ève\, interpréteront l’histoire par le biais de poses inspirantes. Avec les connaissances acquises des fruits de l’arbre\, ils deviendront conscients de leur nudité\, ressentiront de la honte et\, finalement\, s’habilleront.\n\nComme pour tous nos ateliers\, cet événement est accessible tout autant aux dessinateurs débutants qu’à ceux plus expérimentés. Nous espérons que vous vous laisserez tenter et que vous vous gâterez sans gêne en vins et victuailles. Pour la circonstance\, nous offrirons des pommes en abondance...\n\nVenez dessiner\, goûter au(x) fruit(s) défendu(s) et rencontrer d’autres artistes pour seulement 15 $ (ce qui comprend le matériel d’artiste si c’est la toute première fois que vous venez à la galerie Synesthésie). As the story goes\, Adam and Eve\, the first man and woman\, lived in a paradise known as the Garden of Eden. In this garden grew the Tree of Knowledge\, and God forbade any eating of the tree’s fruit. But in the garden was also a wily serpent\, who tempted Adam and Eve to eat the fruit and they succumbed. By eating from the Tree of Knowledge\, Adam and Eve fell from God’s grace and into a world of sin.\n\nWe invite you to witness -- and sketch -- the fall of man as our male and female models\, playing Adam and Eve\, retell the story through creative poses. With the knowledge they gain from the tree they will become aware of their nudity\, feel shame and ultimately clothe themselves.\n\nLike all our workshops\, this drawing event is suitable for sketchers of all skill-levels\, whether you are a first-time drawer or a seasoned artist.
