DESCRIPTION:HE CAME TO DANCE\n: :                                  \n\nMost of you already know Mike Tessier\, but for those who don't\, he's the guy with make-up / blood / fur on his face that gets up on the stage at least twice per Neon. Love him or hate him\, he's there in a big way. A fixture in the scene\, he always comes to dance\, and in my eyes plays a legitimate role at parties. As a DJ\, I look to guys like Mike (or Cary\, Madhuri\, Kerne\, Sugardough\, etc.) as a kind of barometer. When they walk in\, you think to yourself\, 'Alright\, maybe tonight WILL be ok.' Part of that is that where they go\, others tend to follow\, but in Mike's case\, I confess\, it’s more than that…\n\nBasically\, to almost any DJ\, people in the crowd are either: A) filler\, like styrofoam packing crap\, B) filler that dances\, C) crazy dancer or D) guy having the night of his life. The first is the most common breed\, but they can usually be converted to a B if there are enough B's and maybe a couple of C's around. The real magic happens when there are a lot of B's and a few C's that are feeling it and they upgrade a B into a D.
