DESCRIPTION:Montreal – August 19th\, 2009 -- The eighth annual notorious party/festival known as Fear & Loathing in Montreal is taking place on Sunday\, September 6th at Foufounes Electriques.  Fear & Loathing in Montreal is a non-stop night of mayhem with a lineup of the most righteous Canadian bands on one stage\, and vicious sideshow entertainment on the other. This year there will also be a cookout on Fouf’s back terrasse\, serving salads\, corn and an entire pig roasted on a spit. \n \nThe ‘Fear’ stage features a set by a different band every hour on the hour starting at 9:00PM.  This year the ‘Fear’ stage is hosting The Sainte Catherines (Fat Wreck Chords) 10th anniversary hometown show\, as well as Bison BC (Metal Blade)\,  Trigger Effect\, Barnburner and The BCASA.\n \nThe ‘Loathing’ stage\, hosted by Toronto’s satanic evangelists Cloven Path Ministries\, will feature a non-stop display of miracles\, human excellence\, and sadistic audience-participation contests.
