Panelists include Meyer Billurcu (concert promoter Blue Skies Turn Black)\, Shevaughn Battle (FACTOR)\, Mary Harris (Third Side Music) and Dave Cool (St Ambroise Sponsorship Program).\n\nInterested participants should RSVP via email\, and send in a few questions you would like addressed. ELAN will anonymously integrate the questions into the panel interviews.
