DESCRIPTION:$2\n\nCohosted by the Eastern Bloc and Paper and Pine\, May-Day is a one-night-only multidisciplinary carnival featuring over 20 Montreal artists. Artists are constructing booths that will fill the Eastern Bloc\, transforming it temporarily into a fair celebrating May-Day. These booths will act as mini-installations and are going to vary from traditional carnival booths featuring games and food to extreme and impractical installations intent on immersing fair-goers.\n\nPaper and Pine will be putting on a raffle at May-Day\, featuring the wares that they sell online\, and\, starting at 9:00\, there will be variety show featuring plays\, performances\, dance\, stand-up comedy and music.
