DESCRIPTION:___________________________________________________\n\n\nIn most known metaphysical and mystical paradigms\, there is a similar \nrecurring theme: there are currents of life force energy flowing \nthrough human beings\, allowing us to rejuvenate and heal ourselves\, \nconnect to wisdom and bliss\, receive and impart insights and even \nheal others physically.\n\n\nIn this **3 HOUR** workshop\, we will explore how to become aware of \nthese currents\, consciously connect to them and begin to learn on \nhow to guide this energy to heal ourselves and others.\n\n\nIn the first part of the workshop\, you will learn how to sense this \nlife force energy (Prana/Chi)\, re-visit the Chakra system and \npractice some breathing techniques.\n\nIn the second part\, we will explore a few healing systems such as \nReiki\, Quantum Touch and others at a basic level.\n\n\nThere will be subsequent workshops on more specific aspects of this \nmaterial\, so if you are interested in exploring the topic of energy \nhealing\, this basic workshop is a must.\n\n___________________________________________________
