DESCRIPTION:Ono Records and SAT[MixSessions] present the Halloween edition of We Are Robots.\n \nWe Are Robots is an event series scheduled to appear 2 or 3 times a year in Montreal exploring the minimal side of techno and electro music\, while also exploring the relationships between humans and robots / machines. The aim of the series is to have fun\, to dance to some incredible music\, to see some spectacular visuals and to explore a world of technology.\n \nThe Halloween edition of We Are Robots is a Cyborg Halloween Party! We will be randomly giving away various prizes to people dressed in cyborg / robot costumes. Costumes are optional\, but even a little something cyborg or robotic could get you a prize. Are we robots?\n \nDJs:\n \nThe DJ line-up features some of the best upcoming DJs on the minimal-techno-electro scene in Montreal. Three of the DJs - FancyFhreek\, Jan Pienkowski and Alexis Bowles - are residents of the Thursday minimal-electro nights at Les Pas Sages\, which also feature resident Pheek and guests including Mateo Murphy\, Stephen Beaupre\, Mighty Kat\, among many others. E-Teb has been also making his mark with excellent minimal live sets at past MixSessions\, while TIND\, known to some of you as VJ ThisIsNotDesign\, has been converting to the DJ dark side for some time now and will start the night with some choice selections from his monstrous minimal-electro vinyl collection.\n \nVJs:\n \nThe VJ line-up is a considerable one as well. Starting the night will be MixSessions co-founder and resident VJ\,  jocool\, followed by multimedia installations expert Lumea. The Les Pas Sages connection then continues with VJ sets from residents Diagraf and Pink Rubber Lady - the latter also a MixSessions regular. The night will end with a robotic VJ jam.
