Not the too cheesy stuff\, maybe a bit.. lol! but no village people  LOL\n(taken from facebook event)\nLadies and gentlemen(and everyone else in between\, aliens\, metroheterosexuals\, etc..)\, COMPACT DISCO is back in session\, so prepare to have your rhombus rocked.\n\nThis Saturday\, get down to one of the greatest and most influential DJs to come out of Montreal: give it up for the Master of Records\, ROBERT DE LA...GAUTHIER.\n\nRobert's accomplishments are numerous\, and far too lengthy to list in this invite (besides\, no one reads those crazy-long artist bios\, right?)\, so here's the short version:\n\nAs a kid\, he frequented the original disco roller rinks - one of the first DJs to play house music in Montreal - spent time DJing in New York\, where he met good friend Frankie Knuckles - played some of the first illegal warehouse parties in Montreal - lived in Europe from 1994 - 2004\, and has played gigs in Germany\, Belgium\, Austria\, Switzerland\, Macedonia\, Slovenia\, and Holland (among many other countries around the world) - has played every type of clubs\, raves\, events you can think of\, including (but not limited to) Le Garage\, Bar Lezard\, Business\, Sona\, Circus\, Red Lite\, The Pavilion\, The Cooler\, The Crisco\, Stereo\, Playground... \, etc...\n\nWhen Robert approached us to do an all-night disco set (a rare occurrence\, as he mostly plays tech-house and electro these days)\, we had to mull it over...for like\, two seconds. It's going to be a beautful night\, and definitely one for the books.
