DESCRIPTION:It's all about Rock'n'Roll\n\nGet Pretty was born in october 2005 in a small town near Montreal. The original line-up was Cédric Duguay (vocals)\, Jean-François Provost (drums)\, Guillaume Lépine (lead guitar)\, Simon Pichette (rythym guitar) and Mathieu Lépine (bass). It started as a Hives cover band to participate to an high school battle of the bands. After a few month of playing other people's stuff\, they wrote their very first song called "Striped Mind" wich they played on the battle of the bands final. The former singer quit the band a few days after the show.\n\nThe band kept playing without a singer and came up with 10 songs including the most popular song "Holy Pony". In late 2006\, Dave Aube joined the band as the singer and violoncellenist. The themes of their lyrics aren't engaged into social subject and the music\, well.. not less than pure Garage Rock.
