Banditos was born in 1999 with “association ponctuelle de banditos” a party organisation concept where they can express their musical taste. Quick after (their second party), it becomes just “Banditos”. The duo puts all its energy in music creation and does not want to invest in organisation anymore. EPs are coming out regularly, 17 in 7 years, a pace which enriches their sound, by testing it on the most burning dance floors. Breakbeat, dub, electro, new wave techno and drum & bass go along twisting and mixing together.
This scientifically elaborated cocktail can be tasted regularly during the Banditos live sessions between Montreal and Paris, and sometimes on tapes sold on the alternative circuit, like the first one, “60mn de messages pour le Coeur”, published during the year 2000. Since then their reputation constantly improves.
