| Description: | This week, we're starting a new regularly occuring event at Sundaze. There is such a wealth of unrecognized talent in this city, we had to set aside a day every once in a while to give these rising stars in our dance community the opportunity to show what they're all about behind the decks. Therefore, on Sunday May 8, we have our first installment of "Up-and-Comer's Daze" Our guests this week are: DAN GUSSIN: This half of the brotherly tag-team "The Gussins" has been working hard behind the decks in Ottawa to establish himself as one of the Up n' Comerz to watch for. This special solo set is just the warm up for when the full Gussins tag-team appears @ Sundaze later this summer. LUC LABELLE: From Gatineau in la belle province, I've heard his demo several times through and enjoyed it every time. His smooth progressive sounds are a perfect mix for a sunny Sunday afternoon. Come on out, have a cold beer or two and give this Up n' Comer a listen! Joining these two are the Sundaze residents who are newest to the Ottawa dance scene, you know them, you love them... General Mayhem & Abe Van Dam These two have long deserved a back to back headlining slot. They've been making a lot of noise in the city of late, from winning DJ comps to getting props from some of the most established DJ's in town.... So come out and see what the fuss is all about. You won't be disappointed! Not to be left out, we're hoping our resident DJ wise old master Deedot will show these young whipper-snappers what years of experience will do for them.
