Extacy Does Me Good!

| It cured my chronic paranoia and self-esteem issues. I don't even pop that often, but I feel 10 times better about myself than before. I became more outgoing and generally awesome. I guess other factors came in play, but extasy helped a lot *seriously* LOL you might come out with the "It's normal, it fried you brain so you think less!" comment, but the long term effects on me make me happy. | No, I've felt the same way as you do.
I remember a friend of mine used to say that taking E was the equivalent of spending an hour with a psychologist. I used to be incredibly shy and lack confidence in everything, but after taking small amounts of E and Speed over a periode of time, I was able to approach people and felt less inhibited when I was expressing myself (while high or sober). However, I guess depending on how much you take -and i've taken a lot- the long term effects can be pretty bad.
Sometimes I think that for every step forward that Extacy or Speed has given me, in the end, i've taken 3-steps back.
All I can say is: All is good in modertation. |

| this is a really interesting discussion, i really would like to persue this however i only have about three minutes before my next class so i can only give some broad comments, this is a subject that is really hard to sift through it involves complex issue that revolve around a bunch of highly seperated disciplines, chemistry, biology, spirituality, psychology, and even life philosophy (lieben-philosophie).

| I agree with JuJu... each time I used extasy I learned many new things about my self! the first times where all about the touchy feelings and physical effects. Then I realised I could stay lucid during the effect of the drug without blocking the way I whanted to feel at the moment. This was the key that helped me using E and still have something good off it. Many things I learned about my self and how to "open the eyes of my mind" if you whant. I think that when you know how to control the effect it has on your body, the psychoactive property of the drug can be used to open doors in your head. but its comes with a fee. The fact that it destroys your body too.
But even there! when you are on E while staying lucid (I mean not letting yourself overcome by the effets, but not blocking them, because you can't anyways) you can use your body and mind in a more effective way!wich is the only way to avoid the after-pill-depression-of-the-day-after. When I say using your body better when dancing is, per example :be creative! dont do the same movement for hours. Try not to be tripping alone in a small disconnected head bubble for too long. because when you do that it means you are being beaten by the drug. Your brain is being hyperboosted by the effects! if you do the same repetitive and simple dance movement and foughts all night long it makes your brain burn. Its a bit like puting chots of nitrous into a supercharged engine, steping on the gaz without shifting the gears.
then again!I never stoped learning. This year I learned that I dont realy need it to stay up all night, dance non-stop and keep the "eyes of my mind" opened. All I need is good food, maybe a stimulant drink, and good music. |

| My first rave of doin my first E, i was afraid of doin bad trips LOL. The long term effects were just amazing, the feeling of connection with other ppl and closeness. i had a great time that night. Next morning, i saw the world in a whole different way. |

| That's right, Fonzy, but I was talking about the permanent changes that occured to me in everyday life. Drugs changed my personality a lot, and mostly in a good way. Like, for example, my coworkers love me, and I love me too. It's a little creepy actually. I spent a whole night at Circus dancing in front of the mirror and giving myself naughty looks. My ego became so big that it leaves no place for paranoia and self-esteem issues. I totally rock :oP In love with myself by David Guetta describes me well, haha |

| same for me!...in my words I just continued learning, using and upgrading the natural high. Specialy during everyday life! Indeed, you work your ego a lot in prosess. But never get beaten by my ego...because this makes other people not loving me. |
