The site might experiance some slowness for a little occasionally while thumbnails and other data are copied to new tables. Once again work will continue on the new site, but don't expect anything for a while. Also this is just a note that the new version of the site does not allow any of those extended characters in your usernames. I suggest changing your alias now because when the change comes, the converter script will remove all non recular chatacters and if your alias is less then 4 characters long, it will append random characters to your name. You can fix it later though if you like. Some of the nice new features: 1 ) Custom Moods. 2 ) Unlimited Amout Of Owners To A Profile. 3 ) Search By How Far Something Is From You. 4 ) Dating Features! 5 ) Lots of AJAX Stuff So Pages Don't Reload All The Time. 6 ) Nice Introduction Pages To Sections. 7 ) Create Your Own HOMEPAGE With What You Want To See. 8 ) Bigger Thumbnails 9 ) Image Voting (Crap/Not Crap) 10 ) Ian's Super Duper Community Message Boards. 11 ) Unlimited space for photos 12) Who's Stalking Me (My Fav) The site is far from finished but if you would like to preview it you can at [ www.happy-hardcore.org ] but don't complain about the crowdedness of stuff. When it's finished there will be multiple themes hopefully. So people who are used to the old ravewave theme will be able to get something "almost" similar to it, and people who want to use Ian's pop-up menu will be able to do that also. |
