So the rumours you've been hearing are true, there is going to be a post-Burn Brûleurs event here in Montréal. There will be art, there will be music, all we need is YOU.

We've secured a great location in downtown Montréal only a couple of blocks away from the Berri-UQAM Metro station with two big rooms ready for your art projects and booty shakin' needs.

So here's the skinny on what you need to know.

The event will be held the evening of November 7th, 2009 with preparations and other activities taking place earlier in the day.

Admission will be by donation (recommended $10) with any profit going to the Black Rock Arts Foundation (BRAF), Burners Without Borders and a Brûleurs nest egg for future events and art grants. Admission will be capped at one hundred people, so come early to avoid disappointment. The bar will be run playa style by donation, so please bring some beer, liquor or mixers to donate.

pARTicipation is of course strongly encouraged. We're looking for people to bring in art, performers, decorations, teach workshops, etc. If you have something to contribute (and everyone does) get in touch, or just bring it along. There has been a lot of interest in making this event happen and already lots of people have volunteered their services in terms of art, performances and organization, but we always welcome more. Bring it on!

Au rendez-vous, arts, musique et surtout VOUS.

Nous avons réserver un endroit magnifique au centre-ville de Montréal a quelques rues de la station Beri-UQAM.
2 salles sont prêtes pour vos projets artistiques et votre &quot;booty shakin&quot;

Voici donc ce que vous devez savoir:

La soirée se tiendra le 7 novembre 2009 (incluant préparations et autres activités durant la journée.)

l'admission sera basée sous forme de contributions volontaire (10$ est la recommandation de base). Tous les profits seront verses a la Black Rock Arts Foundation (BRAF), Burners Without Borders et Brûleurs nest egg pour permettre de futurs événements et bourses.

l'admission sera limitée a 100 personnes, donc arrivez tot pour éviter les mauvaises surprises.

le bar fonctionnera &quot;playa style&quot;, donc par contributions, si vous pouvez emmener alcools diverses pour nous aider ce serait un grand geste envers notre égard.

Votre participation est ,bien sur, plus que bienvenue. nous sommes a la recherche de personnes pouvant emmener quelconque forme d'arts imaginable (ou inimaginable), décorations ateliers d'apprentissage ou tout ce qui se trouve au Burning Man. Donc si vous avez quelconque méthode de contribution (Je suis persuade que chacuns d'entre nous en possédé) contactez-nous ou, tout simplement, présentez-vous avec. Il y as beaucoup d'intérêt envers cet événement, et beaucoup de volontaires ont poses leurs candidature, mais veuillez noter que tous et chacuns sont bienvenue, ne soyez donc pas gênes.
