yeah i know. but it's cool this year. i mean after 5 years, this party is pretty easy to put together. I got the venue so everything is cool. i mean all i have to do is plug about 15 wires and inflate my santa homer. hahaha

the venue is close to parc and jean-talon, very nice place. stage is on a mezzanine. it is very, very clean. you guys will love it. there is also a pool table.

um i don't know the tix are twenty... i said might be 25$ at the door, reserve your place. it's a private event this year, i reserve the right to change it at the door.

the whole 5$ thing is the annoying guy at one of my venues. he wants me to charge it for him so he gets to sell at least a drink to everyone. whatever negotiations, yawn...

sorry i was in a bad mood. before i came on to the site. i needed to vent.

guys, we were the ones, who established communication with the fire department and set a set of rules for promotors. the way to do it without getting busted. yes i know that it died but we made a formula. basically call the fire inspector tell him where. he tells you if its zoned properly. then you fax him the specs of your deco and everything and he tells you what you have to change in order for it to be ok. if you followed the formula. it was garanteed with signatures that the party would go on unless you purposely go against what the fire guy says. ira and us wasted alot of time. ira went to meetings in front of a board to protect all of us. and as long as you did it properly we were all going to fight with you. and also the flyers that had the amp logo were garanteed venues. it was hard to keep tract of everysingle promotor, the ones that werent included with us did things their own way and didnt listen. basically after 2 years and parties werent getting busted it calmed down. and ira also had a life to attend to, rather than going to meetings with fire officials and police for people who didnt care in the first place. plus it was great that all the promotors who cared were tohether and it helped us spread our parties apart to limit competition. then again some people didnt give a fuck. if you only came to one meeting and brought some stupid girl with you to look cool and giggled instead od talked amybe it would have been better. i admit some times meetings were boring and things didnt get done. i too got stoned instead at one or two. but basically the venues are out there. i can give you plenty. but no body has the money for those great venues. and thats because, 1 we all got older and fed up, 2 the idiots who loved choosing dates that have already been promoted for 2 months and that were tens of thousands of dollars. and some idiot (in some cases 2-3 idiots) that wanted to throw their stupid party on the same date. that divided everyone. in some cases the same music at 3 parties, while one had a head liner and was fabulous;y done with deco and a great venue. and the other 2 with local djs in some shit place, because it was some kids b-day. killed the promotors will to loose money out of his ass. i already know people that lost 20,000$ because of small parties on the same date. and i swear on my life most of the time the week after was nothing at all. 3 then of course you got the fuckos that say oh that music sucks i wouldnt be caught dead listening to that. and then at some party you see him bouncing 3 feet high on that style. but yet he convinced 10-50 ppl not to go because they taught it wasnt cool. i can y finish sorry

they are expanding, because that campaign is the best is canada rogers granted my company more positions...

yeah me too i've been jealous about all they're bonuses weekly, it's like the lottery in that room every week.

20 for some other shit.

Also you get a cash bonus of 250$ if you get hired. but the catch is that they will do a draw to see who gets the bonuses. They hire internal referrences before they even touch the external.


Our insurance plans are awesome.
there are 2 plans
-1000$ or 2000$ a year for dental
-5000$ a month, divided into 400$ per category. (
massage, foot massage, acue-puncture, pschiaetry,
language courses, etc...)
-wife and kids are covered too
-accidental death and stuff is funeral covered, and
payout
- and more

The outbound building is at vendome metro, as for the inbound building- it is at laurier metro. Very nice, clean work environment. With a great staff. It is a company that does the outsourcing for rogers. Very nice cafeteria, vending machines, proper bathrooms, very secure building, nice area, and free coffe all day. well it's business casual, they are not strict at all. your on the phone. the only reason is if the client of my company would drop by. let's say "rogers" would drop in we should look civilized. dude over there should cut hes hair if that's what your asking me.
but whatever. i say no white sneakers, or t-shirts that say fuck rogers and your good.
also lates and absences are not that strict. what they are strict on and will get you fired is security breaches. meaning leaving with personal info on a client ( credit card numbers) or answering your cell phone while on the production floor. also no call no shows when you don't come to work you must at all costs leave a message on the answering machine stating that you will not come to work. everything else is very hard to get fired. you must really want to get fired to get fired.
