Dommage que cet immeuble se retrouve de nouveau à l'abandon, surtout après une rénovation au frais du gouvernement.

J'ai jasé avec le directeur du TSF en novembre 2011, et il m'a dit que l'immeuble coûtait environ 30,000 $ par mois en frais d'entretien divers.

Assez difficile à rentabiliser en effet :(
