| Informations: | * * * * * A T T E N T I O N * * * * * this event has been moved from Café Dekcuf to the basement of the *Great Canadian Cabin*, located at 95 York St @ Dalhousie. * * * * * A T T E N T I O N * * * * * Do you remember a club called "The Well", and another one called "Atomic"? Do you remember a club night called "CLASS" (by Simple Tings), and another one called "Urban Pressure" (by SRB)? Yes? Cool. No? OK, but keep reading... DAVID FLORIDA is the original third member of SIMPLE TINGS, along with HAZE & FIVER, and he was part of landmark jungle/d&b, club nights "CLASS" and "Urban Pressure". DAVID FLORIDA rocked Ottawa's jungle rooms at clubs & parties from 1999 - 2003, before relocating to Toronto/Thunder Bay for business & education. On Friday April 22nd, it'll be like a CLASS reunion, as DAVID FLORIDA will be making an appearance on the decks at ROOTS. The original SIMPLE TINGS/CLASS crew will be in effect! Callin' all old schoolers and new schoolers alike! Whether you heard DAVID FLORIDA spin back in the day, or not, this is not to be missed... Also featuring on the night, will be a first time appearance from another Ottawa jungle/d&b vet, DBZ. Loads of dubs in the techy vein are on the agenda. To round out the CLASS reunion steez, FIVER and HAZE will be lacing jungle/d&b aswell. Loads of dubs from The Fix/Counterweight & other bizz in store. Watch it.
