| Description: | EuroVibe A piece of Liberty Parade Optick’s talent and perseverance are reflected in all of his musical activities, as a DJ or producer. His musical spirit resides mostly in a house, tech-house sphere, representing a panoply of sounds with a wide range of influences, either from the underground world or mainstream. An Optick mix promises an experience rich in warm rhythms from al over the world, pleasing any electronic music aficionado. Along with his musical taste, his mixing techniques bring him an increasing popularity, making you instantly fall in love with electronic music. Without knowing it you are moving to the most amazing rhythms, feeling every beat in your body. Thus he had the opportunity to open for names such as Tommy Serano and Azzido da Bass, Lee Burridge in Colours Club 2001, Misja Helsloot and Marc Van Dale for two Amsterdam Zone Party events in 2002, Lee Burridge in 2003 (Hysteria Parties), Omid 16B in La Motor Club, Mamaia (Romania) in 2004, DJ Tonka (Liberty Parade 2006), Paul Van Dyk, Fatboy Slim, Satoshi Tomiie, Hernan Cattaneo, Nick Curly, Carl Kennedy, Dennis Ruyer, Anthony Collins, Audiojack, Simon Baker and many many more. After being ranked among the 3 best Romanian DJs (according to Nights.ro Awards) in 2004, Optick continued to excel, the following years bringing home trophies for categories such as Best DJ, Best Romanian Electronic Music Production, Best DJ Set (Liberty Parade). In 2009 Optick hits two birds with one stone. The track “Maya” (Optick & Ciprian Lemnaru) hits second place in the Best Electronic Production in Romania poll. Also, the Liberty Parade Anthem, “Feel Good”, produced by Optick, was part of an “Essential Selection” set from Pete Tong’s radio show on BBC Radio 1. As a record “Feel Good” was released at Wasted Youth Australia and Roton Music Romania. His performances don’t end here. Either in a club gig or dance event, in the category Best Romanian DJ Set, Optick won the big trophy with his Liberty Parade 2009 set, which still echoes in all the spirits of electronic music lovers.
