| Description: | Zoo Gang est un projet collectif de Mirrorballs et Eresys. Les jeunes promoters unissent leurs forces pour présenter au public montréalais des artistes électroniques de qualité à un prix amical, dans un environnement immersif qui amènera le public au-delà de la traditionnelle soirée club. Billy Dalessandro produit en direct de Chicago, le doigt sur la jugulaire de la ville qui a vu naître la house. Son album "Into the Atom" est une virée tech-house mature et d’une solidité à toute épreuve, avec des rythmiques en béton et une touche originale unique. Ses productions sont apparues, entre autres, sur les mixes "Fabric" de John Digweed et de Matthew Dear, ainsi que le "Viva" de Steve Lawler enregistré pour Ministry of Sound. Ne ratez pas son set LIVE qui risque de déchirer le plancher de l'Academy Dancehall en lambeaux. Pour cette première soirée Zoo Gang, vous aurez aussi droit à un live de Kressel, et des DJ sets de Clifford Brown et Fu Ancko, qui en profitera pour célébrer son anniversaire. Until now the Chicago sound has not been so appropriately updated for a new generation of party people both in Chicago and abroad. Billy's fluid grooves and complex harmonic structures have found homes on labels both foreign and domestic, including Siteholder Records (of which he is a co-owner), Soniculture, Disco Inc., Force Inc., Forcetracks, Harthouse, Resopal, and Relax. His productions can also be found on compilations by such highly respected jocks as John Digweed, Matt Dear, and Steve Lawler. His stellar reputation as both a live performer and a DJ have helped him accrue frequent flyer miles, playing at such world renowned clubs as Panorama Bar (Berlin), DEdge (Sao Paolo), Harry Klein (Munich), Sugar Factory (Amsterdam), Noveau Casino (Paris), Crem (Geneve), Nitsa (Barcelona), The Egg (London), Presswerk (Basel), The End Up (San Francisco), and Lux (Lisbon). Billy maintains an air of professionalism from his Chicago based Dojo Studio where original music concepts are given life and form.
