| Description: | DBE (Drum Bass Entertainment) is a new toronto-based promoter dedicated to creating a forum for dnb djs, artists and mcs to get their music heard by organizing monthly showcases at Papi's lounge on the first weekend of every month. This time around our venue has lost its liquor licence so we have decided that instead of moving the night to another venue we will host a special event for the under-age junglists!
