| Coolness: 41440 | I once considered it, I once considered becoming an investor, I just never really saw it as being a profitable venture and all in all too risky and too...segregated, into cliques, gangs of friends, etc. and I just can't deal with that.
I would just really like to see and hear what's going on in the underground right now and sadly it seems like I'm going to have to have a look around instead of having everything conveniently laid out onto a calendar for me to pick and choose. Doesn't really matter, though. At some point someone'll put something nice together, maybe with some hard acid trance, happy hardcore, gabber, jungle and the like for me to see what's up and be able to dance at a reasonable tempo. Dubstep is fun but it's too slow. I'm doing a'ight with Rihanna, though. Found a nice spot and I can't complain too much. I was actually hoping to attend the Renegade Legion event not so long ago but somehow I completely forgot. I hope to be able to drop by sometime in the future. Peace out. |

Like Basdini said, be part of the solution. Yes, making an event all by yourself can be a huge venture but maybe you can team up with Renegade Legion and put your contribution to make an event. Just a suggestion... |

 Coolness: 166485 | what's weird about summer-time for raves now, is that all the Psy ppl throw so many events / festivals, that the summer is practically reserved for them. I wanted to do an event in the summer, but waiting 'til the end 'cause the calendar is full of parties and fests, yes mostly Psy ...
The sad thing is that after all the calendar space taken up by these promoters, alot of events were wither cancelled or mild failures, so far (cash-wise, since the parties themselves were probably well-put-together and fun despite the lack of ppl) ... So, I doubt we'll be over-run by psy again next year, as I think that scene has reached the limits of it's potential clientele. (No offense to any promoters btw, if any offense can be taken, since I know they all do a pretty good job of organizing nice parties) |
