Kinetik-Fest, an official non-profit music festival, takes place over 4 days from May 17th 'til May 20th, exhibiting the cream of Industrial music and related styles at the Metropolis -- and this year has added Phase 5! I do, however, have a bit of bad news: we will be down one DJ -- but all is well with the rest of 'em! Here's is our official statement: ATTENTION: Sadly, The Speed Freak will not be able to make it to Montreal for Kinetik Festival 5.0, Phase 5 on May 20th. Due to unforeseen personal reasons involving medical issues at home, he cannot travel at the present time. Unable to even find time for an official statement, he gave us permission to announce this on his behalf. He also wants us to assure everyone that h...is ''not appearing has nothing to do with the promoter or the event''. We wish him and his family the best, and hope to invite him back in the future. Thank you for your understanding. -Kinetik-Fest / The Speed Freak. ATTENTION: Malheureusement, The Speed Freak ne pourra pas être à Montréal pour le Phase 5 du Festival Kinetik 5.0, le 20 mai. Pour des raisons personnelles concernant des questions medicale familiale, il ne peut pas voyager dans l'immédiat. N'ayant pas le temps pour l'immédiat pour une déclaration officiel, il nous a donné la permission d'annoncer ceci de sa part. Il veut assurer tout le monde que son ''non-apparence n'a rien à voir avec l'équipe de promotion ni l'événement''. On souhaite le meilleur pour lui et sa famille, et en espérant de le ré-inviter dans le futur. I'll do my best to get him out here one day ... but in the meantime, let's do this up massive for him! We have 4 ISR power-houses for ya' (yep, 4, 'cause our dear Mutante has been signed!!) + awesome local support. On another note, the 2nd room will be headed by MTL's LVX and Dj Iszo, and filled by the Festival's guest Industrial DJs from all over North America! Rock on ... ! |
