Coolness: 299235	I want to move out in June, july if june is impossible. Budget: MAX 800$ Looking for at least a 3 1/2 near a metro on the orange line, between vendome and jean-talon, which means acceptable areas: Westmount, downtown, mcgill ghetto, plateau, mile-end, rosemont, little italy. Must be easy to park and have outlets for washer and dryer. No half basements, no buildings. Ideally I want somewhere that I can do what I want without being bothered. My current place is a 4 1/2 "loft" style apartment on st-hubert plaza with a huge terrasse and only one neighbour (I saw her once in the past year), on top of a wig shop. 2 seconds away from Jean-Talon metro and supermaket. 650$ a month (might be more starting july). Let's do this! I might be open to move with a roomate, but I'm super picky for that.

Coolness: 146235	Hmmmm ça a l'air bien intéressant, je veux déménager avec ma blonde dans le coin pour ce budget-là, et mon coloc actuel va partir aussi de son bord... et on doit bouger en juin (Avant le 25). Le seul problème c'est que mon appart' est un 5 1/2 (ou 4 1/2 avec pièce double) pour 960 $ par mois (980 à partir de juillet parce que le balcon va être refait à neuf et que la tuyauterie vient d'être refaite). Petit salon dans l'entrée, cuisine fermable, une grande chambre + une chambre double, balcon à l'avant, petite terrasse-balcon à l'arrière (on s'asseoit à 6 autour d'une table ronde), beaucoup de rangements (5 grands placards fermés où tu peux te cacher dedans). Beaucoup de cachet, bien préservé, bois d'origine, pas mal juste des jeunes dans le voisinage immédiat... je mets la musique forte assez souvent. Milieu de triplex. 4 électros, la laveuse et la sécheuse sont à moi mais je peux les laisser. St-denis / Faillon. Stationnement facile dans le coin, peut-être même possibilité de t'arranger avec le voisin pour utiliser le stationnement dans la ruelle. 5 minutes des métros Jean-Talon et De Castelnau. donc c'est bien pour 2 colocs, mais tout seul ça fait cher... (je propose quand même vu que ça revient à moins de $500 si tu te mets en coloc) fais-moi signe si ça t'intéresse !
