When activated, the jacket will shock anyone who touches it. There is a rubber lining that prevents it from shocking the wearer when it delivers 80,000 volts of electricity to the attacker. It’s basically a wearable taser, and if you’re still a ninja in training, you may need a little help warding off attackers.
