I was kinda suppossed to go, I mean I was invited but stuff happenned and we had to forget about it. 50$ + travel fair + food and "suplpies" for a party, damn I would have went ballistic. Srsly. No fucking deco (from what I can see at the pictures) a very low attendance. I think the promoter is kinda happy without knowing it tht I wasen't there. or not enough promotion... they did a great job the site is amazing for a rave and people who was there had a lot lot lot lot lot lot lot lot of fun, myself included I think the problem is the ravers themselves Is that normal that I know everyone in a rave party in Quebec? I see the same people since 3 years Not that I'm tired of them... I love them all but... for example, nobody in there was under 20 years old there's no neophytes or "fresh blood" in Quebec Montreal passed trough this also |

There was another main area where tents were set up And there a whole outdoor area with a stage where there was probably maybe 100 to 150 people when I played saturday night (I heard friday was dead, wasn't there though) The party seemed well organized (toilets, security, sound etc) from what I could tell, just ill attended. Other than that the djs were all there for the most part, the vibe was great, the spot was gorgeous (which is why I went and played for free in the first place, just to get out of the city). You can't exactly call a lack of attendance a scam, just unfortunate. My 2 cents |

Pour ma part, un party avec des promoteurs/organbisateurs que je connais pas qui est proche de Québec ... Blah. Ya à peu près 3 partys par années à QC puis le 3 quart du attending a l'air de venir de Montréal. Radar alliance c'était à l'autre bout à du monde. Ca coutait 50$+Gaz+Bouffe+Hookers, y'avait plus de DJ que d'attending sur [ rave.ca ] ya à peu près personne que je connaissais qui y allait et c'est pas que je connais tout le monde mais si personne que j'connais y va, le crowd sera pas gros c'est presque sur. Aussi, pourquoi aller à ce party là quand y'a eclipse 3 semaine avant qui va clairement être de la bombe? On a déja quelques festivals qui sont malades à coup sur et ya seulement une 10aine de fin semaine par année ou c'est le bon temps pour un party outdoor de plusieurs jours. La st-jean bassiste est gratuite, Le party Nortek aussi je crois, space gathering c'pas si cher et tralala. Natura c'est 15$. On est à la mi-aout aussi. En juin les gens sont en feu et veulent aller à un party outdoor qui dure une semaine même s'il pleut. Rendu à la mi-aout, peut-être que la majorité des gens ont eu leur saoul de décadence estivale. |
