SHARE Montréal is a community of performing artists and interactive arts and medias researchers founded in May of 2005 by Jean-Ambroise Vesac, Marie-Hélène Parant and Katherine Liberovskaya. Sabina Sriyska, Céline Seman, Danny Perault, Sylvain Cormier, VJ Nokami and i8u joined later to make this project a vibrant reality.
SHARE Montréal reunites video, audio, new media and performance artists twice a month in order to experiment together in new artistic avenues. The performers bring their own equipment, laptops, instruments, sensors, cameras and they "jam" and explore together.
