Description:Gentle Bakemono is David Kristian; one of Canada's premier experimental/electronica artists, who has released material on labels such as Suction, Leaf, Lo Recordings, Schematic, Worm Interface, and Law and Auder. David is well known for his experimental albums on Alien8 Recordings, and the 9 CD retrospective of his IDM material which is now being released by Wikkid Records. In addition to his album releases, David has also become quite involved with film soundtracks, and his work can be heard in Karim Hussain's Ascension, which has just won the Best Film award in the New Visions category of the world renowned Sitges International Film Festival in Barcelona.

For the March 17th mix session, David will be presenting a soundtrack Italo/Electro set, as "Gentle Bakemono"; David's new dark disco demon alter-ego.
