FEELING OF SAFETY
I live about four blocks from Insite and walk by it all the time, and
it is so low-key I have trouble picking it out from the other storefronts.
The rest of the block and the surrounding blocks are a madhouse -
and, as you pointed out in your article, were so long before Insite was opened.
The only people Insite affects - and its effects are positive - are
those who are immersed in intravenous drug use.
I feel as safe on the "100 Block" as I do anywhere else in the city.
