VOTERS DID NOT INTEND CAMPAIGN OF TERROR AGAINST MEDICAL MARIJUANA

When 63 percent of Michigan voters passed the Michigan Medical
Marijuana Act they did not intend for the state to carry out a
campaign of terror that is currently being carried out against
patients, caregivers and doctors that recommend medical marijuana.

Now, our courts have ruled it unlawful for patients to purchase their
medicine in a safe manner at dispensaries, and have ruled it illegal
to transfer it from patient to patient.

Instead of regulating dispensaries, our state legislators are
proposing numerous bills making felony crimes directed toward
patients, caregivers and doctors.

We need to ask ourselves if we would rather have the cartels control
the market, or should the state control the sales in a legally
regulated and taxed market.

Contact your state reps and senators and tell them to regulate and
tax patient sales instead of passing more draconian laws in an
attempt to overrule the voters.
