That said, I highly doubt that any cases involving methoxetamine will actually come up.

As I stated, I don't want people to take my word for law. With what I read, MXE is still not a danger to carry around, that's why I wrote what I wrote. I'm no lawyer or law enforcer tho, I'm just trying to help clear things.

We don't have an analogue act here. Ketamine was added to the sched 1 in 05 (if I'm not mistaking), before that it was a grey area and people were charged with actual possession of PCP, not even charges of analogues (or so I heard). As for MXE being an analogue, while it does have a similar structure, it is a drug of it's own. It's actually "legal" in the US as of now, not even controlled under the Analogue substance act. I'm no expert tho, so don't take my word for law (for your own safety).

Have fun, be safe! :)

Ps : ("SWIM", jamais trop prudent)

Edit : Here's the actual lines from the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act

"Phencyclidine (1-(1-phenylcyclohexyl)piperidine), its salts, derivatives and analogues and salts of derivatives and analogues, including:

(1) Ketamine (2-(2-chlorophenyl)-2-(methylamino)cyclohexanone)"

MXE is not listed and Ketamine was added in 2005. Again, according to what I read, MXE does not fall as a derivate or analogue.
