in fact...there no saving throw VS magic missile...and it's 1d4 + 1 per new caster la(2d4+2 when the caster get is lvl 2 spells,3d4+3 when he got is lvl 3 spells...etc)...and for the bow you can add your str modifer to the dmg.

3 edition of D&D rock...you can do anything....and you can't put a spell on an arrow except if your an arcane archer...:P
