The only thing i can say about DX3 is that the Dev team of Dx3 put some insane hours on that project, Cant wait to start working on it :D

I guess its one of the perk to work for a first party :)

Ubisoft is hell on earth trust me ... they ask you to do overtime 6 to 7 day a week and when they don’t need any more people for overtime they fire them and they will call you back 3-4 month later. Of course if you are good at what you do and become friend with any lead/manager you may stay for a longer period but… whatever. i worked there 3 years 50-60h/week before i moved to Eidos montreal where I do 40h/week with benefit, insurance, sick day, mostly no overtime and paid more than I was at ubi.
I think they are still looking for more QA/Prod job [ www.eidosmontreal.com ]
Ubisoft was a good *school* but now there is more than 1 big gaming companies.
Am not 100% sure but Vivendi Universal will open a studio in Montreal too in 1 or 2 years.
