| Info: | This Friday, June 8 we have: J. BRADLEY (Beatmarket Promotions - The Beat/ Underground FM - CHUO 89.1 FM) Musically, J. Bradley's sound is not easily defined. He incorporates all flavours of house, progressive, and breaks into his sets, and none are ever the same. You can be sure, however, that his sets are always aimed squarely at the dancefloor. In the past six years he has earned residencies at Subsonic, Ottawa's famous and longest-running club night at The Well, and later at Blueprint with Brad Copeland and Chris MacPhee. He has played at many of the city's top venues and club nights, past and present, including Velvet at Icon, MTL, Surface, the Mercury Lounge, Thrust at the Umbrella Room, and the Helsinki lounge. He has earned the privilege of opening at clubs and events for world-class DJs like Luke Fair, Deko-ze, Rowan Blades (Breeder), Jas (aka Chonga), Martin Villeneuve, and Max Graham. He has also been invited to play at various locations across Ontario, NYC, and Quebec City. Currently, J. Bradley is a resident at The Beat and part of Beatmarket Promotions that brings the night to you every Friday, and the host of Underground FM on CHUO 89.1 FM. You can catch his show every Thursday from 9 - 10:30 p.m. We'll have some of "The Beat, Vol. 1" CDs available for those of you who didn't get a copy last time. TERRY BEVVAN - We were so impressed with Terry last time that we've asked him to come back and play a set a bit later in the night! Long time scene supporter turned CDJ affictionado is Terry aka C-Boy. He represented very well at the UDJ comp at Surface a few weeks ago. Terry's been busy behind the decks perfecting his craft...he's got 2 mixes up here on XVI, we encourage you to download and take a listen...and come out and support him! MATT DAVIS (Aka Vibe Alive) has been active in the Ottawa party/club scene since 1998. Securing a gig on May 21st, 2001 at SPIRIT nightclub marked Matt's first performance behind the wheels of steel for Ottawa clubbers. Since then, Vibe Alive has made many guest DJ appearances in and around Ottawa, including Stargate Fridays, Daylight Lounge and The Well. Vibe Alive's efforts behind the decks over the years were rewarded with a residency on Thursdays nights at Buddah Bar.
