| Description: | BORDELLO Vendredi 15 juin '07 Bistro de Paris - 4536 St-Denis FREE / GRATUIT Chaque vendredi à partir du 6 juillet Every Friday starting July 6th Il y a quelques mois, Roméo & moi nous demandions s'il existait un endroit sur le Plateau où organiser une soirée régulière, simple, sympathique et gratuite. Un endroit où nos amis & connaissances pourraient venir boire un verre en notre compagnie sans nécessairement avoir à se préparer ou se compliquer la vie. Un soir de mai, du fond de mes souvenirs, j'ai été frappé de plein fouet par une réalité : le Bistro de Paris. Une des dernières tavernes "old school" du Plateau, on peut y trouver des grosses bières à 5.75$, et paradoxalement un excellent système de son. "On essaie ?" Et voilà : Bordello naissait. Ce vendredi, nous vous donneront un avant-goût funky de la soirée qui vous attendra en juillet. C'est une excellente occasion de venir voir la place, boire une bière en bonne compagnie, et entendre nos dernières trouvailles musicales. Le Bistro est situé sur St-Denis, au nord-ouest du coin Mont-Royal, juste en face du Diable Vert. Roméo & moi vous y recevront avec des décibels et nos meilleures tracks. Répandez la rumeur ! Bring your own fun ! * A couple of months ago, Roméo & me were wondering if there was a place on the Plateau where we could host a regular, simple, fun & free night. A place where our friends & their friends could come and have a few drinks, without necessarily dressin' up or caring. A place where the attitude would be left at the door along with the shame. And then, on a beautiful May evening, from the far shores of my souvenirs, it hit me : Bistro de Paris. One of the last old school taverns of the Plateau, where we can still find big beer bottles for 5.75$, and an ironically excellent sound system. "Let's do it". Bordello was born. This coming Friday, we'll give you a funky preview of the nights that await starting in July. It's an excellent occasion to come & see the place, drink a few cold ones with nice people, and hear our latest musical wonders. The Bistro is located on St-Denis, north-west of Mont-Royal, right in front of the Diable Vert. Roméo & me will welcome you with quite a few decibels & our best tracks. Bring your own fun !
