Looking For Something In September

What do I do? Wait 'til August to start searching and risk not finding a place or what?
'cause all the places I look at are for now or April, and I have the slightest feeling I'll have to start looking in like, July/August.
Will I have to do this? What's the dillyo? |

| if you don't have too much stuff to move, and are flexible, i'd say wait till the summer to look for a place
personally, both times i've moved I only knew where i'd be moving less than a week before |

| i'm having the same problem. i hate leaving finding a place to live until the last minute, and everything gets snatched up when students come back at the end of the summer. |

| End of last summer, I showed up in Montreal straight from Bolivia with exactly one day to find a place (and no contacts) or I would be sleeping on the street. In that one day, I found an awesome plateau apartment that I lived in for 6 months. So don't stress too much about finding a place, something always comes up at the last minute. |
