There is just something about thier music that just grab you by the short & curlies and just doesn't let you go...props!!!!

Watch out for lives.....just 'cause it's annouced as a "live", doesn't not make it better than some ill deck technician but it can be.....but seriously.....think about it.....not a single plugged-in gear?!...it's like lip-sync.....it's the same thing.... |

Endless line-up, freakin cold and about 20 minutes before the show was supposed to start, more than 3/4 of the ravers where still outside waiting to get in. the promoters open two huge doors on the side and let every body in at the same time....
that was scary, so could it be possible that the guys who made that party where kind of dorks or did not no what they where doing ??? do you really think that a goup such as astral projection with 6 records up their sleeves and many many moore would really come here and "lip sink" for 3000 montrealers and let their reputation go. NO my opinion the guys got stuck in a really bad situation that's all love astral projection |

 Coolness: 201160 | The thing is if you use a program like ableton live or something you aren't going to fuck up your mix or anything.. but at least you can assign the knobs on your keyboard to real stuff... Or hell get some cd-djs with fx and do some nice mixing or something?
When Chi-A.D. played they were mixing their stuff from records but also were using a jp8000 that was just plugged in straight and played some live keys over their records... it was simple but nice. |
