| This is the second time my direct deposit didn't go through, and it's always for vacation pay or anything over 1000$. I'm really starting to lose my cool because they always tell me they can only do emergency pay-outs on Tuesday. I need to go to the normes or something, cause this is just stupid. |

| As long as they pay you eventually, I don't think there are legally obligated to pay you at a specific time, especially if they claim it's a mistake.
If it starts to happen all the time, then quit.
Thing is you can't ever get into a tiff with your employer like that, cause they'll just as easily fire you. |

wow... i ain't the only one... in my case, the company is refering me to ADP wich is the company who is responsible for the pay checks but i haven't been paid for a month now so i refered my case to "les normes du travails" ( sry dont know how its spelled in englisg ). still waiting for them... |
