I actually got no less than 7 spam emails today from people in my hotmail contacts, and now their email is hacked.. the one guy has sent me 5 emails today, asking to click some link. strangely, even though I have blocked the senders, and junked their mail (they are people I havent been in touch with for many years) - their emails keep getting through, regardless viruses are fucked.. right now I have this thing on my laptop.. once ina while, I will try and click a link, and it will send me to myspace and say *sorry that page is not available* .. irritating. and the other laptop I am going to have to reformat, once I backup everything.. I try to google something, and it send me to google.nl - so all the google entries are in Dutch. and then, when I click the link I want, half the time it just re-directs me to some useless page. grrrr. |

twice I've added him to my blocked senders list, and put his emails in junk, and today I've had 4 so far. thing is I dont know if he even uses that email anymore - I dont know how to get a hold of him to get taken off that contact list... he's just some dude who used to tune into my internet station a long time ago. there has to be a way to stop em getting through |

LIAM Oh and that virus you’re talking about (the one with the Dutch Google), I had it once, a while back. Format IS the only way to get rid of it. I think I know how I got it though. You know that weird pop up you get sometimes from keygene websites that says "you have to scan your computer now" and won't let you just close it? I accidently pressed on “yes” by pressing the “enter” on my keyboard too many times and those problems started right after that. Now, when I get that message, I just press the “ctrl-alt-del” and close all Firefox windows immediately. Bleh. |

remember how your browser works cuz it can work against u , ie your in a pool of 45898676 somthing peer and you close your browser , if you open it again and it has remember your password and that shit checked , then it will ressue the login sequence , one good thing is to pool at the very end of your traffic on the net. but even there ,the analitics on the net are so into what you do that they end up some days exploited and leaking half your computer away. ... also a million other ways exist to skin a cat : images can jump to code (and im not talking about html links here im talking about binary attached to the image. looking as if the image was simply an image but instead of being a .2k gif the shit could end up as a 234m picute and im idiomizing here. anyhow , if you want to know the real how , i suggest to register to an ethical hackers course. and not the new cheeze course at mcgill . that guy's a lamer. youd be surprised how it works and how a computer shoud remain for the most part : untrusted i havent been on the msn network (live msngr or whatever) , so at this points it beats me cause honestly i dont give a half ass shit . i read exploits from images in blender even (yea the 3d program) causing stack overflow giving all sorts of candy aways , and a few years back i used pidgin and it acted as such . but seeing how microsorft pushed people to upgrade for no reason , that should at least ring a bell into you people in reading the terms of service and see how this bogus compagny should die and oughta go with open source alternatives or simply use other means of communication.
