Every rave is the culmination of a massive amount of energy, passion, and hard work. A truly amazing rave requires great music, good planning, and a fair bit of luck to come off right. But in every great rave, the most important factor is YOU, the raver. And that's why, every year, Nocturnal Commissions comes together with Embedded Entertainment to give you, the best ravers on the planet, a chance to really take charge.

So get ready ravers! You know what time it is! Toronto's favourite rave, the world's ONLY fully interactive rave experience, is back in action with YOU at the controls! It's time once again for TOTAL REQUEST RAVE!!!!

This FOURTH Total Request Rave brings you a top notch lineup like you've come to expect from us - international legends, local heroes, and the most promising up and comers, including:

BILLY DANIEL BUNTER [UK]
- Can You Feel It, Honey Pot Records, UK Hard - 2 sets!

World-class legend Billy Bunter, fresh off the release of "The Sound Of Hardcore 2009," touches down in Toronto for the first time since 1995! He's been making tunes that have defined the face of hardcore for longer than some of you have been alive - with that kind of discography, we couldn't give him just one set! Thirsty for more? Check him out! [ www.facebook.com ]

QUACK QUACK [USA] - Wandal Pro, PLURLife, [ myspace.com ]

Salt Lake City's master of cheese debuts in Toronto with a fresh and sing-alongy twist on a classic eurodance sound!

DJ OPEL - Deprivation Records, Canadian Hardcore Collective, Nosebleed Records, Spinball Records

Canada's favourite Hard House hero returns to his rightful place on the NC/Embedded stage for another dancefloor stomping powerbomb of a set!

MANNIK5000 - Airhead, Robotpilot, Dinosaur City Music

Mannik returns to the TRR stage with 5000 watts of hardcore power (and they're really BIG watts)!

D-MIZE - The House That Rave Built

Put on your hardcore face as D-Mize makes the trek down from Ottawa to punch you in the metaphorical face with slammin' hardcore bass!

FUZZBOY - Canadian Hardcore Collective, Embedded, [ KraftyRadio.com ]

Intense old-school hardcore, quick wit and even quicker mixing, Fuzzboy is single-handedly responsible for protecting Toronto from wild beers - be sure to show your appreciation, if you can find the time while rocking out!!

STEVE SURREAL - Airhead, [ KrankyDigital.com ] [ Nu-Rave.com ]

Hardcore breaks is made for dancing - and Steve Surreal is made for top-notch hardcore breaks!

DAVE OF THE RAVE - Nocturnal Commissions

NC's breakbeat master unleashes his piano-clad power in the key of awesome!

MIZZ LEE b2b LUCY FORD - Embedded, Xoford, Canadian Hardcore Collective

It just wouldn't be a proper rave without the queens of Toronto DnB throwing down their legendary liquid funk sensation!

XPHOX b2b CHUCKS [USA] - Nocturnal Commissions, [ Casualinsertion.org ]

Little known fact - Xphox is a latin word meaning "totally awesome Happy Hardcore!" Chucks is a latin word meaning "Charles." Put them together, and by Charles that's some totally awesome Happy Hardcore!

BOXYGEN [USA] - The Herd, Purity

Boxygen has been representing the Buffalo Herd proper around the North East - now, he's ready to make his debut on the NC stage!

MC JUMPER - Hullabaloo, Ravers Only

North America's favourite Hardcore MC is a regular on the NC stage, and there isn't anybody better for a night like this!

And finally - DYNAMIC and FLYBOY once again combine their powers of Happy Hardcore to take you half way there across the midnight sky! It's up to YOU to complete the equation as you take control of the music at the only rave on Earth that lets each and every one of you be the DJ!

This is a tried-and-true Nocturnal Commissions/Embedded event! That means intense experiences, incredible music, indescribable energy, and interior crocodile alligator! It means anything can happen and anyone can come! It means this night could be the best night of your life - but there's only one way to find out!

It also means:

- TRIP, Hard Corps, and Happy Rave booths!
- World class decor from our own Dream Builders!
- Fresh fruit and candy all night to keep your energy up!
- Free CDs and other giveaways!
- EMS for your safety!
- The traditional NC Kandie Kontest - dress your best and brightest to win the prize!
- FREE Glowsticks for the first 300 attendees - come early to get your votesticks!
- And most important of all, that one-of-a-kind, feel-it-in-your-soul, positively-intense, Happiest-Hardcore vibe that YOU bring with you to each and every one of our events!

You know you love raving - so share the love! Bring a friend for their first rave at TRR4, and they will receive a newly-recorded cd from Dynamic - and so will you!

This event is for ravers 16 and older; please bring your ID no matter how old you are to ensure access. There is a 19+ licensed area for Flyboy, Fuzzboy, Opel, and Dynamic, and there is a second 19+ area for when that one runs out of beer and Jager. If there's any left over, we may share with all the other 19+ ravers.

This event returns us to the Reverb and Holy Joe's - 651 Queen Street West, Toronto, Canada.

Admission is just 20$ for Early Bird tickets (available at Shanti Baba - 546 Queen Street West, Toronto - and the Happy Rave booth starting October 3rd until October 12th). Advanced tickets are $25, and admission at the door will be $30. Coming from out of town? Email us your full name and city of origin to Reduced@NocturnalCommissions.com to secure your tickets at the advanced price and ensure entry in the event of a sell out crowd!

At the first Total Request Rave, we tried something that nobody had tried before. Truth be told, we were a little nervous that it wouldn't work out. But with top-notch ravers like Toronto has, we needn't have worried - and now, four years later, there's simply nothing like it. Total Request Rave is BACK - don't miss your chance to be a part of rave history!

Aww, just for you Ashley: I basically said I am pleased to see all the commodities they will be offering at that event (EMS, Freebies, Deco, MC's, etc.), since we don't see that much anymore at Hardcore parties here in Montreal these last few years. I'm also very pleased with the fact that they are announcing their venue on the flyer, as opposed to 24 hours in advance. I think it's much more convenient for ravers this way.

I'm also totally down for a road-trip to TO! Any other crazy Montrealers in?

See you there then! I first went to Toronto for Hullabaloo in 2004, and I've yet to see anything like in in North America ever since. I hope the vibe over there is still great.
