 Coolness: 150390 | I didn't stick around too long for after party, but was nice to see some faces. Sorry, to those who care, for being a douche and bailing after 5-minutes.
I'm sure that place was rocking all night. On the other hand, I did manage to catch Drop the Lime at Igloofest, who played an awesome set. The lights and, particularly, the visuals were also very impressive. There were just the right amount of people, and the weather wasn't too bad. But nobody cares about that... The real treat was the FUCKING DRUM N' BASS! EIBC was off the hook that night! Amazing tracks; Flawless set; massive sound!!! The highlight of the party for me, aside from the music, were the people out there dancing their hearts out, with huge smiles on their faces. Montreal promoters are going to have a hard time matching what went on in the Old Port that night. In hindsight, I'm really beginning to regret not staying longer at the after party. I could have used the few extra hours of dancing. Hope everyone had as much fun as I did. Peace. |

 Coolness: 94685 | woe massiv. i ve been giving props to the promotor all night but if i knew how the night was gonna end i would keep my thong in my mouth.kikiing 200 peps out at 6 ish suck man how many good djs in mtl would have like to play the rest of this guigs for free till 12 .and i m not saying that because i want that guig but dude host was ther blake was ther that beat consierge big shot was their (i lways forget is name)sub tones was ther really i know i m not the best promotor in town but the djs that i book and (that come to the guigs) are always saying that they never see such a good vibes in the jungle scene .anyway 6 ish to me sound like no renegades party with selfish bookin and vancouver style go to bed hurly cause i got to go to the church in the morning.still man 5 bones for this was wikkid still thanks to all of you promomotor and what i ve just say is not frustration is just some advise for better event in the future.i know you guis think, you for sure don t need any advice from me and won t even read this cause you guys just go on this board to promote and when it s don t i m sure you don t even care about the review.

on behalf of everyone involved i'd like to thank everyone that came out and made last night one to remember. The staff worked really hard (some stuck in that cold garage the whole night) and the crowd was awesome. I'm glad everyone enjoyed themselves, and I'm sorry we had to end it early. Unfortunately, we were at the mercy of the venue-owner, who insisted the party be over by 6am. Believe me, I didn't want the party to end, and had plenty of records to keep it going straight on till noon (and enough booze too!). These things happen, and when you're doing an afterhours event, you're sometimes forced to deal with alot of strange stipulations that don't always make the most sense. still i think everyone was satisfied that 5$ was an acceptable amount of cash to part with... I really appreciate ALL the feedback from everyone, we'll definitely be doing another one, and thanks again! |

PS: Seb, those 3 have payed mad dues in this city...it's only natural that the organizers get to chose who plays, and with the time constraints they had it was completely understandable. I'm sure they'll be other times for up n comers to play, they aren't inconsiderate, they probably needed to be as tightly knit on this one as possible, after all they're a package deal. :p Good things come to those who work hard at being succesful. These guys deserve every minute of their success. So big up. |

 Coolness: 46455 | This party almost collapsed on itself WAY to many times (including my hard drive crashing 2 hours before the party, thus not being able to access my music via Serato for the show) To see it go off and to see a lot of familiar old faces, and new ones of course, really made it all worthwhile.
Bind, Corey and Arthur realy put in over time to put this thing together, and even as someone involved, I was really impressed with how things went down. One for the books.... |

Heated ourselves up a bit inside b4 Vegas went on at 11PM. Man, THAT was great, and THIS aswell! Immense quality sound made the set rank top ten for me in my ten years in the mtl dnb scene. Afterparty was super tight, good amount of heads and newcomers, was still buzzin` from Igloofest... so chilled `till 6. Congrats to CK, Bind & Mayday! |

 Coolness: 48435 | seriously wicked party... never seen anything like it for 5$... amazing. the afterparty was alright too... but coming early to catch Yankat and find so many happy smiling friends there in weather so cold my lighter would not fire!! awesome. Drop The Lime was off the damn hook, playing many styles flawlessly and some very creative mixes too... I love his energy with the crowd. People nearly dropped their pants when he started up with the dubstep too was fukn hilarious. Built up a great vibe for Vegas... who absolutely ripped me apart. I nearly threw my shoulder out pumping my fist in the air hahaha... and so fukme CUTE! I wanted to squeeze that boy's cheekz ;) hehehe yes yes... well done promoters! I'll be back next week. respect |
